Poorbugger, why don't you tackle all the points? They all seem valid. No news, no indication of substantial gold sales, and their financing (announced at $5MM at 16 cents) only got $4.8MM at 12.5 cents (excluding flow through).

You wanted background as well. I own 28 investments scattered over broad/narrow/bond ETFs, blue chips, large/medium caps, and some speculative small caps. Since this is a small cap, a couple I own would be NVS, LOX, and TBE, one of which I sold yesterday (LOX). Deep value, low metrics (at my time of purchase). AZ was looking like a similar story (crazy undervalued for the results they indicated earlier this year), but the delayed cash flows and lack of updates have kept me out of it. I've made the mistake of hype with no results once already (SLI) and will never do it again.

So go for it, tackle my points.
