The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

Well well it is may 5th and mid year is around the corner and Morgan said that we will be in the black by june,  looking forward to see if it's true or a bunch of b.s.    The way that the stock is behaving it does not look like it,  but hey we shall see.
