The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:60%Star Royalties looks to close their IPO during the week of 2/01/2021.  They include the potential prospects for the Copperstone Mine in their offering which I feel may draw considerable new attention to AZG.  The IPO includes the funds for funding the 2ond and 3rd traunches of the financing arrangement between the two companies.  GLTA
