It's interesting to speculate if there may be a positive impact on Sabre shares if the trial results award the plantiff damages, and if that at the time the company did indeed have the permits they were accused of lacking, and if shown that caused the share price of Golden Preditor to decline then as a result.  Might also have a positive affect on future plans for production??
