RE:RE: Proposal Last Call:
Oh I think it's a great idea and I encourage everyone to contribute to this letter.  On a different stock and stock forum they were discussing a shareholder's rights plan.  However, their company's fundamentals did not look nearly as well of as ours.  Rather, I should say, their company looked to be about the same size and mineralization of ours but their market capitalization was much larger.  If those shareholders are protecting themselves accordingly, and they fear their company could be bought out for an unfair price, then we should be twice as motivated to install one in our company as well.  After all our company is the one more likely to be in danger because of its advanced projects, mill, exploration capabilities, etc...  The stock price is not reflecting its value, in my opinion.  We have members on this board that supposedly hold almost 1% and I appreciate everyone's opinion, be it great or small.

On another note it might be that what we're seeing is maybe a bottoming out in the gold price, several traders were willing to say just a few weeks ago that gold was looking like it was ready to rise.  However, we've certainly seen the price get beaten down over and over again.  I certainly hope that we're nearing a bottom in gold , I have a feeling that the gold price can't be manipulated forever... Maybe this is bottom desperating that we're seeing.  I'll wait and see what develops.
