Where can European Sharholder vote NO?For more then 11 years I am invested in Anaconda now. We had a share consolidation several years ago. The Price after an consolidation is lowering and in the end it will be where it was before. I own almost 1% of all ANX Shares an I would like to Vote NO. Where can I vote NO? I did not get any mail and Information. I did not receive anything at all! Is it not possible for foreign shaerholders to vote? One year ago the Orex share Price was 0,02 CAD. Anaconda was between 0,06 and 0,11 CAD last year. So my personal opinion ist that When the negotiation startet Orex rose from 0,02 CAD to 0,06 CAD and in the same time Anaconda fall from 0,11 to 0,07 CAD. So in These numbers I can see that the Merger to These conditons 1 : .85 is not right! It would be fair at 1 : 3. So One ANX share for 3 ORX Shares. Gold will rise to Prices higher then 2000 USD an we will not have to wait a Long time for that! So Anaconda does not Need Orex. This is my opinion since I am invested now for more than 11 years.
