why does management do thing's like this...

why does management do thing's like this...
issue a press release saying that we have a logistical problem was not necessary. just take care of it in the usual, and normal fashion. It's almost as though they are giving bad news to the market, as fuel, to keep our share price down.... WTF are they thinking. are we in the midst of a takeover, or merger, and they want us to be as low as possible ???? Two weeks ago, they announce that we will not produce the total amount of ounces that was in our guidance sheet for the year. That could have waited until nov. with the same explanation... what is it with these guy's !!! Dustin leaves as CEO, and gives the helm to a guy whom has no idea what he is doing. We find out that management hardly has any shares...in fact, way less then a lot of there shareholders...they do a financing for below market value, that is oversubscribed ... We do not have the whole picture here. I bet you that we will be taken out, on the cheap, and that the boys in the office will get a big job in the new outfit, with plenty of shares, and options, and salary... all at our expense.
