RE:RE:Guess Most Investors Don't Know What NPV and IRR Means

I know more about Capital Budget along with its concepts, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index, Payback Method, and Required Rate of Return more than you as I took Finance courses when I was a Business student at Saint Mary's University during the mid 1990s.

I even know how corporations calculate "Required Rate of Returns", which are usually determined based on the Weighted Average Cost of Capital, which is portion of debt financing multipled by the after tax cost of new debt plus port of equity financing multiplied by the cost of equity.

For your reference, I do understand Finance concepts as I got an "A" in Finance 360 and "A+" in Finance 361 when I took these courses in 1996.
