1. Financing Goldboro with a minimum of dilution
2. Financing the additional Drilling programm of goldboro with the running business- no dilution - we wait for the 5000 Oz/Q
dilution is expropriation of the shareholder
my opinion is that name change a waste of time and looking for additional Mining areas also
we should develop goldboro asap and after earning a lot of Money we could buy for example barrick gold
but maybe i am not right and signal Gold is marketing at its best and shareholder will buy the shares because of this absolutely perfect name
