My Elevator pitch for SignalI would focus on the fact that they increased their proven and probable reserves almost 3 fold in the last few years. Recent drilling is going to move some resources from possible to probable.
Further drilling to expand the resource to the west is expected to start as soon as the ground is dry enough to hold the equipment. The earlier than expected follow up drilling is a result of the positive results that were obtained in the winter drilling program.
Signal has over $10 million in cash available, with a further $5 million US credit facility available depending on conditions.
The further drilling will likely make the reserves much larger.
This will be the next producing mine in Nova Scotia.
