RE:RE:RE:News out, Non-Brokered Private PlacementYeah, well said!  I did some research about SSI Asset management and it looks like it's a Vietnamese Institution.  You're right about the absence of a warrant package: to me it means that SSI might be the one who contacted Kevin and asked "Hey, we do like your project and want a share of what is about to pan out for ANX.  Can we pleeeease participate in a financing?".

The fact that ANX is producing GOLD and getting some ca$h flow is providing Kevin with a lot of options.  And like Kevin said in the NR this is a "strategic financing".

Exciting times ahead!
