I'm pretty sure about this one.  Prove?   Sedi says that Kevin bought 8000 shares that day at .36

There were only a small number of shares traded that day at .36.

If you look at the trades it could only have been anonymous.
Ok, good stuff. See how it's clearer when you put some meat on the bones? :-) Kevin might have bought 8000 shares during that day but Paradigm sold for 79K of shares.

So what I'm questioning in your scenario is the following:

It looks like a real possiblity that the selling by Paradigm could be insider selling.

Nothing else new here.

These are BIG assumptions. Pure management bashing. Assuming that some members of current management are conspiring to make illegal trades to force the SP to decrease or maintaining its current level is just fiction IMO. Illegal insider trading is severly punished and I do not think Kevin, Rob and the others are that kind of guys. I mean, risking everything (money, reputation, lifestyle) to make $5M on a risky bet on a $100M market cap company is non-sense.

If you really want to prove your "plot", you can subscribe to TMX Suite and request a report showing who is behind the Anonymous trades. I'm guessing that SGNL is paying for those reports and that the board is taking action (or trying to) in order to stop these attacks. But the finance world is full of "violence" and packed with sharks... and some of them are certainly working to drive the SP down (and bashing on bullboards is another tool they use) knowing that a financing is needed for construction.

You are right about one thing though: small retails are often the ones not having the biggest share of the pie at the end. But rest assure, you will be OK as you bought at the current level. One thing I do know however is that together, retails shareholders are holding the biggest share of the pie in the company and if they stay united when a low ball offer come, than those sharks would not be able to pass. And despite the efforts done recently to shake the tree and reduce the share of the retails, the liquidity is not high enough to make a difference. The best way to fight against sharks is for retails to keep their shares and accumulate more so every share going from weak hands to strong ones are shares that are not going to these sharks. (***Please note that this is not a financial advise and respect your own investment capacity/strategy).

Then you made a post in response to my post which really discredited me and my opinion.  So I responded to you.  I think I walked into your trap and that is what you wanted.
What is that post? How did I discredit you? If you post "opinions" on a bullboard, you need to be ready to be challenged. When challenged, you have two options: bring facts/arguments to support what you are saying or make your opinion evolved toward something "better".
