Weekly StatsAnother great week for Gold closing the week 2.6% higher at $1993, knocking at the $2000 door. The miners followed the trend with the seniors (GDX) increasing by 1.8% and the juniors (GDXJ) by 2.4%.
Gold bugs are leaving their holes and are now suggesting that this trend is the one that may break the triple tops (around $2085). Well, we are certainly due for a move like this, but those gold bugs have been more often wrong than right. It would be normal to see some consolidation happening after such a surge in the last 2 weeks. If not, than perhaps the common folks will jump in the precious metals sector as FOMO will reach to them. We desparately need this.
SGNL did have another bad week and have not closed that low since April 2020. We are entering tax loss selling season and we can feel it as there are a lot mot sellers than buyers. Put a stink bid and you might get filled.
