New Financing Offering
Might means the selling of Point-Rousse asssets might not go where they thought it would go. Also, there might be some new big players wanting to step in but needed some incentive to do so (warrants).
The Flow-Through part will help in financing Goldboro drilling.

I thought Flow-Through had to be used ONLY for exploration as the deduction is passed onto the purchaser...is this just a typo It is expected that the gross proceeds from the Offering will be primarily used to advance activities for development and exploration at the Goldboro Gold Project in Nova Scotia and for working capital and general corporate purposes

There is a Flow-Through AND regular shares so the regular shares will covered for the general corporate purposes. The Offering will consist of up to 16,666,667 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.30 per Unit, and up to 5,555,556 "flow-through" units of the Company (the "FT Units") at a price of $0.36 per FT Unit.

I trust the management but agree with you . Whatever you plan on drilling with the private placement money better prove to be a better deal then just permitting and mining what we have while proving more ounces later with the mining cash flow.
