Looking good

stock comfortably above issue and well bid most days.  

suspect SLATE GROCery also benefiting from moneyflow related to the lockdown in Canada and worsening covid cases, as is 100% US and US reopening and vaccination rollout is accelerating.  Doesn't have the same risk associated with continued lockdowns as Canadian retail REITs IMO and yet provides a superior yield.

well done to those who were buying the sub receipt at or below $11.50, and didn't freak out because it traded below issue for a few days.
