Math problem

Math problemI have a problem with these numbers... as the average seams to be off somewhat. From Nr: Hole No. From To Length Gold g/t (oz/ton) 473-06-26 72.0 m 78.8 m 6.8 m (22.3 ft) 50.1 (1.46) within 66.9 m 82.0 m 15.1 m (49.5 ft) 14.6 (0.43) That being the 6.8 M times 50.1gm = 340.6 within the broader footprint of 15.1 times 14.6 = 220.46 For this zone to be within a larger less mineralized zone you should have a broader zone with a larger number than the smaller high grade zone.... therefore either the larger zone has to have a higher average grade Or the higher grade zone has to be narrower in width... I have never seen such a case reported as I always remove the high grade zone from the broader intersection and divide the remainder by the main zone less the high grade width. In this case there is less than nothing left.... which is impossible.... Therefore there is an error in reporting this intersection. If anything this is drasticly underreported... Furthermore I think this same methology has been consistant in the SGR reporting.
