RE: Fundamentals are changing

RE: Fundamentals are changingThe depth zone of the SA are showing continuety of vastly increased grade... therefor increasing the mill capacity is less of an issue... to produce 150,000 / year from .22 oz/ tone requires the processing of 681,800 tones of ore .... or about 2000 t / day based on a 340 day operation. Here's how the deep zone high grade zone have changed everything! To process lets say 800 t / day out of the SG1 long hole operation would yield 59,000 oz Add to this a more robust 1 oz / tone from the SA @ 400t / day would yield 136,000 oz This would equal 195,000 oz.... so with the right mix of ore a production of 200k oz per year is plausible with the existing mill infrastructure...within the 1200 tones / day mill capacity The multiple high grade veins are changing the dynamics of the whole San Gold project. Cartwright would add additional tonage as required when the mill is expanded... I'm starting to get back into the SGR story with the results from the San Antonio deep zones.... Will add more tomorrow.
