RE: Huh!
RE: Huh!Seems to me that with gold going to $1650 soon SGR will be making close to $600/oz. x approx. 80,000+ oz = $48,000,000 or so. Any upside in the price of gold or grades is leverage up. Looks good to me ... and just guessing... that the next few months could be good for the PMs starting next week or earlier. If the JPMs start to get a break frm the bg boys and SGR sees a 10 to 20 to 1 P/E...the stock could easily be $10 by year end.
I also think that there could be a buyer out there who wants ounces in the ground...and may not want the share price to be up to much...just a guess.
Any way you look at it...SGR has ounces in the round and getting better. I say this is a buy here and now for longs.
Is nobody willing to respond to my post comparing SGR to AVR? The above post mentions SGR's profits if gold hits $1,650. But AVR's 2011 production will be 100K oz at a total cash cost of only $540. So that would mean profits of $111M; more than double SGR's! Yet AVR is currently $1.65 vs $2.53 (not to mention the huge insider buys).
The one good point you do bring up though, SGR's pounds in the ground...
