Slate Grocery REIT (the REIT) is a Canada-based open-ended mutual fund trust. The Company's properties include Centerplace of Greeley, River Run, Sheridan Square, Flamingo Falls, Northlake Commons, Countryside Shoppes, Creekwood Crossing, Skyview Plaza, Riverstone Plaza, Fayetteville Pavilion, Clayton Corners, Apple Blossom Corners, Hillard Rome Commons and Riverdale Shops, among others. The REIT's investment manager is Slate Asset Management (Canada) L.P.

It's just that it takes time for the effect of a rising bullion price, once stabalized, to ripple through to the producers, even more time for junior producers. SGR has good mgmt., a world class location, quantified resources in the ground, a solid portfolio of exporation properties, etc.etc.; buy now and hold on, the ride will be good whether on the shirt tails of gold backed currencies, or a take-over. Just MHO.
