Pire's salary, bonus, discretionary additional bonus, and stock option compensation was all disclosed in big print at the time of filing of the 2010 year end materials, all in accordance with "transparency" accounting requirements, I guess you either missed it, or can't read, and IMHO, based on the company's performance and positioning that has occurred since Pire took the helm, he is worth every penny.  You pays for what you gets, which is why you do not (or is it no longer) work there???
