My thoughts on the deal

Overall...good acquisition:

1. $9.20 bought deal price is not that low considering SGY was at that price just 1.5 weeks ago.
2. Our stock was just moving with the industry.  Hopefully this headline gets some much needed attention to the Surge story.
3. Did we overpay? Seems like a reasonable price if the Sparky is as prolific as Paul makes it to be.

Time will tell...I'm holding onto my shares.
