great to see this kind on interest, this means less debt and dilution is minimal given low eating share count. Surge practically bought back the barrels they have sold in 2021 with this deal.

Good acquisiton, the net backs and liquids are fantastic and good synergies with exsisting land in the area. A good buying opportunity at currents levels, 99% liquids from the acquired lands, shut up!
