RE:RE:RE:Precision Drilling ConsolidationWhether the reverse split happens or not, theres going to be alot of dilution with the Astra acquistion (608M shares outstanding after the transaction). What the reverse split would allow the company to do is shrink the number of shares outstanding, to make it appear more attractive to new investors and perhaps more palatable to issue further shares in the future for even more dilution

Most investors don't want to see a small/microcap with a 800M-1 Billion shares outstanding
