Astra has already lost millions on the deal and its not even been voted on yet............they might reconsider........and pay the 4 million fee.......if they can't even hold .63 they certainly won't hold 4.00.......say goodbye to your equity and say goodbye to sgy......they are done imo

virtually every oil stock on the board has been on the decline the past few weeks ---more so juniors so the SGY decline is nothing specific to it.

Fully agree with shotage of buyers but going on for almost 1/2 of an year not just a few weeks and many well managed junior oil stocks are doing o.k. Does shotage of buyers equal low trust in management?
