Paul Colbourne vs Nuttall...whos right on Quality of Assets

Im confused...Paul Colborne says Surge as industry leading assets: conventional, low risk reseviors, while Eric Nuttall says surge has Tier 3 assets.

Can any knowledgeable oil bug explain who's more right?

EN did not say that Surge has Tier 3 assets... his actual reference was as follows: The upside to Surge is that in their Sparky play, they are utilizing the same technological tweaks used in the Clearwater zone to try and improve productivity and thus the economics of the play. They are also sitting on a couple of wells that if successful, the upside is that they will ...more
