Precision Drilling Consolidation

Maybe you should check out Precision Drilling consolidation, share holds are doing very well after there consolidation. Sgy is going to do very well as long as oil keeps going up. Its that simple.

PD.T   ....Depends when you got IN & when you got OUT...and pricing... Traders most likely did OK ...buy & hold  not so much.. IMO.. Charting shows downward  historical  slide...;.>O

i'm fine with consolidation but i'm wondering about the guy that bought his shares at 3 or 4 dollars ... that really going to make it hard to get his money out of this company...... O well see what the vote brings maybe it will get shot down... but I can't see that happening

Whether the reverse split happens or not, theres going to be alot of dilution with the Astra acquistion (608M shares outstanding after the transaction). What the reverse split would allow the company to do is shrink the number of shares outstanding, to make it appear more attractive to new investors and perhaps more palatable to issue further shares in the future for even more dilution Most ...more
