Would welcome a buyout if they paird a decent/fair premium...say $13 per share.

20 bucks per share would be a more reasonable number. If WTI stays in this range 6 months from now we might be at 13.00/share. Do your own due diligence

What should happen for the next 12-24 months: 1. Pay down debt 2. Share buy backs thorugh NCIB 3. Leave base dividend and pay some special dividends if targets for #1 and # 2 are met. What will happen Dividend will be increased next quarter some debt paid back Buyout? If it happens in the next few months it won't be higher than $12-13.

How much debt paid down this Q3, Q4?How many shares bought back for the same 2 Quarters? How big of a divy increase? Buyout will not happen below 16 unless wti drops below 70.

Befree, only thing that keeps me up at night is Paul's penchant for acquisitions. Thats the real roadblock for shareholder equity appreciation
