While this may come as asurprise to many people,  over the years I found that insiders buying stock is negative indicator of future performance.

As a general rule, I don't follow or base my investment decisions on the actions of insiders.  Early in my  "investment life" I did so and was sorely disappointed with the results.

I applaud you for having a gameplan regarding your purchases of SHOP and hope that it works out for you.  My assessment right now is that the pending purchase of Deliverr is ill advised and the plan regarding the Founders shares is disgusting and frankly it would not surprise me to see a SP with a "1" handle by the end of the year.  Hope I am wrong for your sake.
