RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Over $14 at last Thats almost exactly where I am in my ratio of both stocks and the rationale. Added to that is the market seems to prefer pure play REITS rather than diversified. I had a large holding in HR at $10 bucks but cashed in when I could see there wasn't going to be a big pop. But bought back in in February as I think there is more to come...
i have been full weight on Sienna since around $10-11 and have not sold one share. I don't plan to until we hit $16.50 at which point I will start to take profits.
