Comparing the Payout Ratio for the three, Sienna is the only one with a Payout Ratio less than AFFO.
Sienna's Payout Ratio to AFFO is 87.3%, with a Yield of 8.2%.
Chartwell's Payout Ratio to AFFO is 118%, with a Yield of 6.24%.
Extendicare's Payout Ratio to AFFO is 112%, with a Yield of 6.53%.
Sienna is showing better fundamentals for their respective Quarter and Year to Date, yet the market is discounting Sienna's share price much steeper than both EXE and CSH, at least for now.
Hopefully we see some buying come in tomorrow with the continued improvement to fundamentals and the confirmation of sustainability with the Dividend.
