Somebody help me out here

Somebody help me out hereI've learned through bitter experience not to get too caught up in the onward-and-upward corporate narative one usually encounters.  This REALLY feels significant. And bad.

Everyone knows the company could use more money for ongoing drillholes. But there are all kinds of flo-thru possibilities. No?

WHY this deal. why now?

If this management team is going to give away the jewels (valauation-wise) for a meagre $30 million, CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT'S GOING TO BEFALL US WHEN IT'S  $200 million plus equity raise next year???

This could be a disaster of Argonaut-Marathon proportions.

What just happenned here??? These are smart people.

Somebody explain!!!
