I highly doubt any major is looking for a company with a project containing the following metrics:
LOM: 12 years.
LOM Annual Production: 324,000

In my opinion, SNIP and any other land are worth very little to a buyer unless and until SKE can demonstrate via a FS (or at least otherwise convince a suitor) that any other location / project would be a long-life asset that can be profitably mined with a reasonable margin for error.

ARTG's Blackwater project would be one that could (and likely will) be taken out at some point:

LOM Annual Production: 339,000
