Market Overview — Financials

Removing Bank of Montreal (BMO-T, portfolio weight 4.2%)

Given what we view to be a highly uncertain and a potential worsening macro backdrop for the financials sector, we are reducing our bank exposure with the removal of Bank of Montreal. We continue to hold our position in Royal Bank of Canada (RY-T, portfolio weight 8.4%) and maintain our relative overweight in lifecos through positions in Manulife Financial Corp. (MFC-T, portfolio weight 3.7%) and Sun Life Financial Inc. (SLF-T, portfolio weight 2.9%).
