RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Happy drunk Aim, Do you think that Sculpin has done everything with integrity and goodwill towards St. Elias Mines and fellow investors?
Unless otherwise dictated by the legal system I still refuse to believe that Lori has done anything wrong. She has done some things that I do not agree with but she runs the company not me and that does not give me nor anyone else the right to call her a criminal.
I feel that St Elias Mines has an easy win in the defamation case. The proxy fight is more difficult and I feel it could go either way. In any event, the best case for shareholders is simply that the legal war is concluded as fast as possible and that the company resumes conducting exploration activities and or mining activities.
Also, as for your comment about me, I simply don;t post here much anymore because there is nothing much to talk about. I have no shares, there is no exploration, this is dead money. If and when Lori wins I may buy more stock. If and when the Dissidents win I will wait for them to prove that they can raise money prior to buying stock. If they fail to raise money then the company fails.
