Of those who did vote the dissidents got 91% of the votes representing an unknown number of shareholders. That is all. The dissident private forum holds about 250 members, triple that number assuming each has a wife and kid involved in SLI and you get 750 and at the 2011 AGM i think it was claimed that SLI had over 5000 shareholders. 750 of 5000 is not 91%. Just a guess of course. As for sculpin, you are correct, he is not disillusioned and that was a poor choice of word on my part. If he was disillusioned he would have given up his false ideas and it is clear to me that he has not. I think we can agree that many of his convictions seem far fetched. As for disclosure, SLI as all companies do, has disclosed everything. Yelling that you don;t belive the results or yelling that you think there are more results being hidden does not change what was already presented. I suppose that if I was wrong about everything and lost my life savings on a stock I woul be clining to hope like a dog with a bone as well. Furthermore, I did not say that Sculpin has another alias but rather that I believe he has another alias. That is my opinion based on similarities with his posting/speaking style and choice of words/insults.
