Though it would be very difficult to prove it appears that the greens raised money under false pretenses and even today Sculpin maintains that the BCSC should over turn the vote "if" the judge should order it. They are still trying to uphold the hope of a green victory. I notice that no green supported is denying that you , Itoluso, are indeed 100% correct in your statment that the greens withdrew the request to overturn the results. Very interesting.
