Instead it is empty threats in an attempt to silence people. When banning was not enough they had ot sink even lower. I am sure the courts can and probably already do have full records of everythign posted in the private forum. Simple court orders can get that information. Then, as you or someone else said, phone records etc can not be erased! It is simply amazing how low people will stoop to try and salvage what is left of thier image, reputation, and investments. Even a year ago Lori put right in teh financials that money was spent to defend against allegations with teh BCSC and they where cleared of it all. Why was that tidbit always ignored whille the smear continued? Obviously if the flock was aware that SLI already ran the gauntlet and came out smelling like roses then they woudl have ben much less likely to support the dissident proxy and donate funds. They now want another $200K... for what? Are they preparing the appeals attempt? Are they preparing the "next" green proxy. If you don;t like the company and the managment would it not be cheaper to sell yoru stock and leave!
