was in power and essentially organized the theft of Fruta del Norte from Kinross as I recall.
His party just won the mayorships of Quito and Guayaquil. Is it not reasonable to assume he might be getting weary of cold and dreary Belgium?
But not to worry. I'm sure that after years and years of eating waffles and chocolate his disposition towards the foreign-owned mining industry has radically improved!!!
Some years ago a Wall Street wag penned some alternate lyrics to Rudyard Kipling's 'IF', to describe everyday goings-on in the investment world. The best line was something like:
