This below was posted on the CEO site , i contacted  IR from SLS to enquire as to whether it was correct and its effect on SLS  and below was there  answer


@GrewalAnhad Mr. Velasquez has been leading $SLS Solaris Resources´ Warintza Project in Ecuador for the past five years and has now joined $HSLV - Great news for this Junior !!

This information is correct as Federico Velsquez joined the Board of Directors of Highlander Silver Corp. today which was announced via a press release issued by the company this morning. This appointment has no influence with Mr. Velsquez’s role as President Latin America with Solaris Resources.
