Any real upside to this story?

Any other reason(s) why the board forced MNP out?

Premerger, Genco Resources had MNP, and Silvermex Resources LTD had Deloitte & Touche.

Now that both companies have combined to form the new entity Silvermex Resources INC, they had to chose one audit firm; they can't keep both. They went with Deloitte.

And that's it---there's no up or down to this story :-)
