Silvermex is a dynamic, production focused silver company, led by executives formerly with some of the silver sector’s most acclaimed and successful companies.  Throughout 2010, Silvermex has made some significant developments.  Most recently, the Company completed a business combination with Genco Resources. This transaction brings together a very capable management group with a tremendous asset that had suffered from lack of recent development and management expertise.
 
Silvermex will focus on building value for shareholders in 2011 by enhancing production efficiencies and expanding the scope of development at its La Guitarra mine in Mexico State, Mexico.  La Guitarra lies within the Company’s wholly owned Temascaltepec Mining District (Temas).  In addition to the La Guitarra mine and mill facilities, the Temas District holds numerous other deposits and former production centres which offer tremendous expansion opportunities.  In total, only 5% of the targets within the district has been drill tested. The resource growth potential of this district is significant.
 
Silvermex has demonstrated its ability to advance rapidly and build shareholder value, particularly through acquisition.  We are working to continue this trend and make 2011 another benchmark year.
