Philosophical questions..............

Philosophical questions..............A) IF the senior executive team of a company is rarely heard from and never seen at industry events promoting their company -- does this mean that they don't give a rats a-- about what how the owners (ie shareholders) of the company perceive they are doing??

B) IF the IR department communicates that management feels fair value for a company is $.90/share and the share price falls to $.56/share --- does that mean mgmt feels the company is now undervalued or do they change their opinion of what it should be worth based on how the wind blows??

C) IF the website of a company is out of date and/or does not communicate to potential buyers the outstanding opportunity that exists for this company -- does that mean management would prefer to have no retail shareholders at all and only large corporations as investors??

D) If the ONLY independant website in the industry that has a solid retail investor following and has been unbelievably detailed in their analysis of SLX over the years has a $250 annual renewal fee (I'm guessing here) and the company has $30M cash --- what meaning can be interpreted if the company chooses not to support the website??
---> (NB: I simply assume this is what's occurred as SLX has disappeared from the featured valuation section)

E) IF a merger of companies is announced in mid-2010 - finalized in the fall of 2010 but managment cannot OR chooses not to articulate to shareholders what SPECIFICALLY they are doing to create shareholder value by summer of 2011 --  does that mean they are worried that someone will find out what they are doing or ... well ...
what are they doing anything??

So many questions.........so few answers..............

And yes -- a large % of my net worth is invested in this company -- it's the most undervalued silver play on the TSX -- but it would still be nice for our executives to start showcasing some of their leadership talent!!!!!
