Thanks elguyu!

    It is sometimes better to push Management gently but firmly from within the organizaton, than it is to push aggressively but hopelessly from outside.  You might sum that up as "better" on the inside, rather than "bitter" on the outside!

   I always like to think of us as a kind of shadow Board of Directors, having no say in the day-to-day workings of the Company, but providing a critique of its direction, its policies and its effectiveness. 

Of course, I'm not that far gone that I think they actually listen to us - but it does give us something to do while we wait, and we wait, and we wait, and we wait ...

"... but you know it don't come easy!".
