Considering they released their 2017 outlook only 7 weeks ago, it doesn't send a signal to the market that much seriousness was put into whatever budgeting process they used to establish their 2017 budget numbers.
But as they wrote, no need to worry, the higher gold price will cover their amateur job they did so it's all good.
I tell you, these CEOs can never do anything wrong.
