I think Helium would be great LOL
I missed out on DME just as I missed out on Moderna
I was close to buying DME, I just didn't pull the trigger
Arizona is the place for Helium

I believe RHC is exploring for helium in western Canada and
found some

Also I believe rare earth's are not RARE.
China controls the market through subsidies.
Trump was about to change that as there is plenty ot "rare earths" in the USA but just too costly
