 Are you even looking at the metrics when you talk.  Unless they are falsely reporting   You are really lost.  

  Do your math before you say things that are false and not accurate. 


    You really need to actually show how when you get
more oil per share ther your being diluted, especially when that more oil per share brings down the debt and the averge
hedging price comes down too with this aquistion. 

  But even then you criticize hesged at 88 dollar oil. Did you fall off a turnip truck.  We had negative oil prices a few years ago.  We have under 50 dollar oil for long periods of time. 

   Everyone struggled. Company's went broke ?  Did you just get into oil. ?  


    There still here.   Lots aren't. But I bet you complain about everything in life.
