I love it. I think it's a bold move. Having the vision or the balls to issue shares at 2.11 to get the deal done is actually what a leader does. Yes we have diluted the shares but for the betterment of the whole
We should get a bump based on multiples we only trade at less than 1 and we should be around 2 .
This move will or should solve the massive disconnect the market was giving this due to ifs size
So many things are positive . However the biggest thing is the free cash flow at 80 . If you think oil is going higher
this turns into a amazing play Then finally for now I will mention becauee Some asked Ridgeback doest have any hedging as far as the statement goes although there was a 2 million dollar hedging allowance so must of been sometting
Either way the company we are acquiring has no debt and they expect 20 M or 11.9 cents a share In the bank surpus

I am not here for the short term. So I am loving it !!
Great bold move. In time this is going to get us up ton5 -6 dollars
