This    barely   squeeked    thru    and   vast majority    apart   from   G.A.    voted   AGAINST  !

Yep, I voted against. BoD and Welch bros should live in fear. Imho, Armoyan will take over slowly.

When considering many shareholders (ETFs, etc) just vote management recommendation, 31% is massive.
