office properties are considered to be the worst category of income properties to own re people working from home and companies like Shopify claiming they wont be needing traditional office space anymore . People or REITS that have them are looking to re purpose them to apartments or hotels in some instances. Slate Office perhaps should have diversified away from office in the past few years when the writing was on the wall.
