How does this play out

Face saving exercise between SLAM and GA. How can they unlock value by playing nice? Fees are sucking the life out of this REIT. Long debentures

I assume that both sides - meaning the SLAM team and the G2S2 team - consulted and decided that the path they were on could likely have lead to the destruction of the REIT. So, instead, SLAM "surrendered" to GA and G2S2 by allowing them on board and will presumably implement some if not all of the necessary changes that GA/G2S2 previously highlighted in that 42 page document posted on ...more
